LTi has developed into a world leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance vessels and structures for use in demanding applications and are fully committed to finding the best talent to support the future growth of the business.
In partnership with The Engineering Trust we launched our first Apprenticeship scheme in 2014. Working in partnership with organisations such as Activate Enterprise, we help support apprentices with the theoretical and college-based elements of their apprenticeship scheme. One of our earliest apprentices has already secured a full-time position with us and our number of apprentices continues to grow.
