LTi is committed to helping the next generation understand the skills required to meet the needs of our industry.

We visit local schools and colleges and work with them to understand how STEM subjects can lead to a diverse range of job opportunities. We also engage with younger school children on career prospects within the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths sectors.

Our senior management team helps promote engagement with local communities and inspiring young people into focusing their studies on STEM subjects. STEM ambassadors encourage the next generation to recognise the opportunities that lie within STEM subjects and forge partnerships, which benefit, not only young people, but also helps foster new skills for future industry.
